Notice: For those traveling through Arizona, the cookies are available in the mountain village of Pine at Pine Creek Fudge and Espresso Café and in the City of Payson at Duza's Kitchen. The cookies are baked weekly every Saturday and available around 9 am that day. They sell out very quickly, so call ahead.

I designed this cookie to be about joy and peace. At the Speed of Cookie means slow down and enjoy the little things in life. Many years ago, I experimented for 3 years to develop the initial recipe and many years after to refine the cookie to where it is now. A crunchy experience, that is moist with a pleasant depth, texture and a glorious taste profile. I have been providing cookies to friends, family and to anyone interested in an amazing cookie experience.
